Admittedly, this dropped at the beginning of the month — but when you have whiskey as good as this, you make sure you let the people know about it. High West’s “A Midwinter Night’s Dram” has been a consistent fan-favorite. “Act 9” looks no different: It’s a blend of rye whiskeys finished in Ruby and Tawny port barrels.
