Terrain 365 has a propensity for making some of the toughest, most durable bladed tools on the market. Throughout its lifespan, the brand’s design language — especially with its folding knives — has continued to evolve.

The brand’s latest, the Terrain 365 Narwhal-AT, might be the ultimate expression of the brand’s ethos (at least so far). It’s not only a gorgeous, minimalist EDC tool but also remarkably robust and well-built.

Gnarly narwhal

With its balanced ovular silhouette and relatively minimalist detailing, you might not realize how robust the Narwhal-AT truly is. That starts with its flipper blade.

Crafted from Terrain 365’s proprietary Terravantium Dendritic Cobalt steel, the blade is tough, holds an edge well and (most critically) is entirely rustproof. It’s so corrosion-resistant that the brand guarantees it for life.

The other end of the knife, the handle, isn’t any less impressive. While the five configurations have varying presentation scale materials — including titanium, carbon fiber and canvas Micarta — they all have a titanium frame lock side.
