It’s hard to believe that it’s almost here already. Come next year, Lamborghini turns 50! In celebration, a Staffordshire University student by the name of Mark Hostler has created a 50th anniversary Lamborghini concept; the Lamborghini Ferruccio.

The Ferruccio’s steep sloping front and extra wide back end are inspired by the Countach. The rounded shapes of the front and rear wings are reminiscent of the Miura and you’ll notice current Lamborghini “stealth fighter” design in the aggressive styled air intakes and the Ferruccio’s extra sharp nose.

The Ferruccio may be a supercar, but it’s V12 engine is much smaller at a staggering 5.0 liters. It’s valves are “actuated by pneumatic solenoids controlled by a computer.”

All of this equates into classic Lambo DNA with a cleaner and more efficient engine.
