2018 Samsung Galaxy A9
It might still be a while before we can catch a glimpse of the cutting-edge features included with the Galaxy S10. Yet, Samsung is certainly not holding back when it comes to first impressions. We are talking about the new 2018 Samsung Galaxy A9 and its four main cameras. Yes, that’s definitely not a typo—the forthcoming imaging monster flaunts one sensor more than the Huawei P20 Pro and LG V40 ThinQ. The company is certainly reasserting its foothold on the mid-tier handset market.
The future is closer than we think thanks to the quad-camera setup on this smartphone. Let’s take an in-depth look at what each sensor has to offer for you. You have a 24-megapixel PDAF, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, a 10-megapixel telephoto, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor—now that’s a mouthful. Samsung presumably wants to give you the proper equipment to handle any situation. All four are arranged vertically on the top-left portion of its rear cover with the LED flash located at the bottom.
A 6.3-inch Super AMOLED display dominates the front—thankfully minus the notch—and delivers bright and punchy colors. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 chipset beats at its heart and is accompanied by 6GB of RAM. The 2018 Samsung Galaxy A9 provides a generous 128GB internal storage with a microSD card slot expansion if you need more space. The device draws power from a 3,800mAh battery with fast-charging technology. Lemonade Blue, Bubblegum Pink, and Caviar Black are the available colorways.
