It’s both exciting and a little sad, Aston Martin has introduced their all new 2014 Vanquish after a 5 year absence; but with the introduction of the new Vanquish, it’s also time to say goodbye to the DBS – the 2014 Vanquish is replacing the DBS models.
The classic 6.0-liter V12 engine in the Vanquish puts out 565 horsepower with 0-60 mph in just under four seconds at a top speed of 183 mph.
It has an all aluminum and carbon fiber body that Astin refers to as their “Generation 4 VH” platform.
The interior is outfitted in full-grain leather, Alcantara and polished aluminum.
These are just some of the features included in the Vanquish which starts with a base price of $279,995 – see the full spec list and driving review at Autoblog – but as you can already see, Astin didn’t spare on luxury and performance this time around.
