Schiit Audio’s Saga 2 is a fully discrete Class A, zero-feedback differential preamplifier. Designed as a more affordable and more versatile alternative to the company’s $399 Saga+ preamplifier (now discontinued), the Saga 2 can work in passive or active (with gain controls) modes and has a headphone output. It’s best paired with the company’s Gjallarhorn, Aegir 2 and Vidar 2 amplifiers.
